Ranthambore National Park

Ranthambore National Park is a wildlife sanctuary located south east side of Rajasthan. During earlier days, Ranthambore used to be the famous hunting ground for the Maharajas of Jaipur. Today, it is a protected wildlife forest and a tiger reserve. Ranthambore is famous for spotting the majestic tiger in its natural habitat. The safari route that the forest department organizes is in the heart of tiger’s territory. Hence spotting the tiger during the safari is very common, and rarely someone returns disappointed. Apart from tigers, the sanctuary also has black bucks, antelopes, spotted deers, chitals, and also has a huge birdlife.
