City Palace is the most visited attraction of Udaipur as it is the largest palace complex in Rajasthan.
City Palace was originally built in the traditional Rajasthani style, but the later additions have several styles including Mughal and European. The palace has numerous terraces, corridors, courtyards, pavilions, gardens and the list goes on an on 🙂
The palace has several mini palaces inside it. Today, most part of the palace is converted into a museum and has huge collection of artifacts. It takes more than 2 hours to visit each of the mini palaces and observe the collections in the museum.
