Pykara falls is a small waterfall formed when water cascades down 60 feet, in multiple levels. The water comes from Pykara Dam that is located upper stream and a lake that is situated next to it.
You can view the waterfall from a couple of view points. The railings that are laid recently prevent visitors from getting into the water. The railings are a result of few accidents which have happened here due to high water currents during monsoon season.
You can also visit Pykara Lake that is situated upper stream (about 2 km from the falls). Speed boating on Pykara Lake, amidst green surrounding hills is an unforgettable experience.
